We know you're excited to get your order - if you just received a shipping confirmation email and checked the tracking right away, it most likely won't be available since we just created the label. Check back at least a couple hours after the tracking is created, since it typically won't update until the carrier scans it.
If you're checking back at least one business day after you received tracking and it still isn't showing, or hasn't moved, feel free to reach out via email at sales@udans.com. Most often in these cases, however, the carrier simply missed a scan and the package really is on its way to you.
