We ship packages from all of our brick and mortar stores and often, orders with multiple items will be shipped from more than one location and at different times. We do this so that we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If there's an issue with any of the items on your order, like damage or stock discrepancies, we will reach out to you via email as soon as we can and refund the amount for the item or items we couldn't fulfill.
